Power Generator Systems –formerly FrosTec -was built on a foundation of putting customers first, with a strong focus on supplying a service that is accommodating and thorough. We are known around South Australia, and at a national level, for reliable systems and service.

Our culture is underpinned by an unwavering focus on safety and compliance across every business activity and for every individual.

We are proud to have gained the trust and respect of many clients including, BHPB, Dept of defence, SAPOL, MFS, CFS, Parliament House SA, Energy Power Systems Australia, CAT Rental, Kennards Hire, Oil Search Limited, Vision Stream, Penske Power Systems, JLL, CBRE also many Hospitals and Data Centres throughout Australia.

In 2025, Power Generator Systems was proudly acquired by the AKAS Management Group, with a slight rename to Power Gen Systems. This a strategic partnership that strengthens our operations while preserving the leadership, expertise, and culture that PGS is known for.

Our Team

The Power Gen Systems team represents a breadth of experience and expertise.  With original Founders Andy & Silvia Frost still at the helm, the PGS team has grown, adding new service areas and more team members as the company has grown.  We serve data centres, tech hubs, medical facilities, the aged care sector, the construction industry, mining & agriculture, government & defence, education, and research hubs across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and regional areas across Australia.

Community Projects

We are proud to support a range of community programs and activities within South Australia.  We actively support and donate to Novita, Adelaide City Football Club and a wide range of charities.  Most recently our entire team were able to participate in donating toys to the Angel Tree program, that supports the children of incarcerated individuals.
