We’re excited to report that 10 workers in our team have decided to take part in the Steps for Spring Challenge this year.
We decided to take part in this challenge as a company, to support our workplace to increase physical and mental wellbeing and to encourage other forms of physical activity as part of everyday living (and a bit of healthy competition doesn’t go astray either!).
This challenge involves each team member setting their own personal goal of how many steps they can achieve throughout the day. Each team member has set their goal based on their personal lifestyle, and are encouraged to review it weekly.
We’re also motivating each other to stay on track, and recognising team member achievements throughout the season. We’ll give you an update on the total Steps at the end of program!
