Our management team have recently been challenging ourselves to look for more ways to demonstrate that we value team members from all backgrounds and cultures.

When offered the chance to participate in Spotless’ Indigenous Cultural Awareness Workshop, our newest team member Mat Creeper (also Senior Women’s Coach at Norwood Football Club in the SANFLW), was keen to take up the opportunity, and then share some of his learnings with the wider team.

The workshop discussed ways in which to create a more inclusive environment for all to succeed, and promoted positive working relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians in the workforce.
