TERMS & CONDITIONS – Power Generator Systems – Christmas Pageant 2021 – Oct – Nov 2021

This promotion is being run by FROSTEC PTY LTD, trading as Power Generator Systems (PGS) -ABN 22 103 936 634 – located at 3 O’Connor Court, Gepps Cross, South Australia.

1. Employees of PGS or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
2. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are:
   • via the submission of an email entry via an official PGS email
   • All items must be completed to be eligible
   • Entrants must be over the age of 18 to be eligible.
   • Entrants, who are over the age of 18 are permitted to be accompanied to the event by children under the age of 18. You will be responsible for any children under the age of 18 attending with you. As per the MTX Club, Children are permitted, however children 5 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian and not occupy a seat. Please check regularly with the MTX Club as this may change with increasing member subscriptions.
   • Entrants must be a current PGS client, or supplier, or industry supporter.
   • Entrants must complete the entry details provided on the link within the PGS email
   • Only one entry may be submitted per person in total
   • By entering this competition, you agree to receive print and digital communications from PGS
   • Closing date for entry will be Friday, 5^thNovember 2021 at 5pm (ACDT).

After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. PGS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by PGS.
5. PGS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Total prize value: current MTX Club seat prices as at November 2021.
7. The prize consists of 4 tickets, representing 4 seats within the MTX Club area at Adelaide Oval. No other items are included with this prize. The prize is valid only for the date indicated on the tickets, Saturday 13^thNovember 2021 from 7pm.
8. One winner will be chosen based on the creative response, as deemed by the PGS team. In the event that more than one person submits the same suggestion, the first of the submissions received will receive the prize only.
9. The winner will be notified by phone, within 24 hours of the closing date. If the individual winner cannot be contacted, an email will be sent to their email address. If the prize is unclaimed after 3 days from initial notification, we reserve the right to withdraw it from the winner.
10. If selected as a winner, the winner agrees to adhere to the MTX Club rules, as at November 2021, inclusive of their code of conduct, and dress code.
11. PGS will supply the winner with their ticket and access details upon confirmation of contact has been made.
12. PGS’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. Tickets will be issued in a digital, PDF format, and will be sent by email
17. Tickets are non-refundable, transferrable and cannot be exchanged for another date.
18. Patrons agree that all contact information will be available to public health officers upon request. Patrons who are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, or who have come into contact with anyone who is symptomatic or is a confirmed case, will not be able to attend the event.
19. Seating will be allocated by the Venue based on the size of the group, time of booking and venue configuration, to allow compliance with current social distancing requirements.
20. Patrons must not attend if they are sick or have been put at risk of COVID-19.
21. Patrons may be asked health screening questions on arrival to the Venue.
22. Patrons agree to abide by all social distancing and health protocols.
23. Patrons agree to follow the instructions of Venue staff at all times.
24. If patrons do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse.
