Although the PGS team have always embraced and respected our First Nations people, we have been taking more steps to ensuring we reflect this in our everyday operations.

In addition to the cultural awareness training we have been implementing with our team, we are working to build a Reconciliation Action Plan for an even more inclusive and purpose driven workplace.

We want to thank Reconciliation Australia in their guidance, as we formalise and create a living document that will guide us more, to learn and seek respectful ways for our company to engage with our Indigenous community, and provide the PGS team with knowledge and understanding to strengthen the relationship between the Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders, now and into the future.
