We would like to reiterate the importance of the upkeep of your emergency power generators and equipment. As vital parts of your infrastructure, it is best practice to test & maintain these units every month to ensure your equipment is reliable and ready for operation.
We acknowledge the increased risk to health and aged care sites; in most cases our regular servicing & maintenance take place outside of clinical & resident areas.
We would like to make you aware, that for most sites, reception/sign-in areas are our only contact point. Our health & safety practices both on-site & off-site align with government health guidelines, and are being reviewed and updated daily
– our team are on high alert to safeguard you and your people.
Formalities aside, we want you to know that we are thinking ahead to the future. We have procured & are stocking at least 6-months’ worth of normal service parts, equipment & lubricants to mitigate against possible supply chain issues. Many of our suppliers are not expecting issues but we have taken this action to support our clients nevertheless.
